Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently * De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers * Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products * Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services * Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service * Managing inbound and outbound calls related to the customer in a very effective manner adhering to company policies and procedures. * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. * Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction. * Resolve customer complaints via call. * Create a new order and provide to packaging team. * Daily order confirmation through outbound calls. * Use outbound calls to reach out to customers and verify orders. * Provide real-time assistance to the executives, especially new ones. * Handle situations in the absence of a Team Leader. * Daily report to Team Leader. * Act as the company gatekeeper. * Collecting positive reviews from customers. * Daily drop call back |
