| Job Responsibilities |
| * Plan and manage capacity, efficiency, and productivity improvements to support company goals. * Establish and implement long-term and short-term strategies to drive performance improvement and manufacturing excellence. * Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to efficiency, productivity, and resource optimization. * Collaborate with cross-functional departments including merchandising, production, planning, and quality to align operational targets. * Support top management with data-driven insights and reports for decision-making and strategic planning. * Identify process bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions to improve line balancing, throughput, and cost control. * Evaluate factory layouts and recommend enhancements to improve workflow and efficiency. * Any other duties as assigned by management. |
