Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Develop and manage strong relationships with key institutional clients (Nourish, Kazi, Paragon, Government department etc). * Promote the company’s portfolio of feed additives and provide technical services. * Identify opportunities, manage tenders , drive sales to meet and exceed targets. * Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to design solution tailored to institutional needs. * Provide technical support and delivery presentations/ training sessions to clients. * Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback to refine and optimize the strategy. * Ensure timely reporting ,CRM updates and sales forecasting. * Prepare annual budget for marketing campaign. * Strong technical knowledge in feed additives ,animal nutrition and livestock feed production process. * Excellent communication ,negotiation and presentation skills. * Self-motivate with the ability to work independently and travel regularly. |
