The ideal candidates should have strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to engage students in an interactive learning environment. * Job Responsibilities: * Conduct Bangla classes for students from Grade Four to Grade Eight following the provided syllabus and guidelines. * Prepare lesson plans, notes, and practice materials tailored to different grade levels. * Evaluate student progress through tests and assignments. * Provide personalized guidance to students to improve their understanding. * Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom. * Collaborate with other teachers and the administration for academic development. * Take additional classes when required, especially before exams. |
