| * Drive new product development from concept to creation, ensuring designs are aligned with seasonal trends and buyer preferences. * Collaborate closely with design and R&D teams to develop innovative and commercially viable products. * Utilize CAD and graphic design tools to translate ideas into visual samples for buyer presentation and approvals. * Research and source appropriate fabrics, trims, and washes—particularly in denim—to meet aesthetic, quality, and cost targets. * Manage sample development timelines and ensure on-time delivery of proto, fit, and pre-production samples. * Work closely with washing and production teams to develop and finalize wash standards and finishes. * Maintain effective communication with buyers and suppliers for design inputs, approvals, and feedback during the development process. * Stay updated on market trends, buyer-specific requirements, and sustainability standards to support innovative product development. |
