| Job Responsibilities |
| * Responsible for designing and implementing effective quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and data analysis. * Monitor product quality at every stage, from design and development to manufacturing and delivery. * Must have vast operational and production knowledge on high world class knitting machinery which equipped with special attachments to produce Lycra fabrics as well. * Responsible for well-integrated system of stringed quality measures checks all fabrics meticulously to eliminate contamination and other faults. * Production knowledge on varieties of fabrics including Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Interlock, Auto Striper & Fidder Stripe, Pique, Lycra Jersey, Fleece, French Terry, Waffle, Jacquard etc. (All kind of Knit Item). * Specially monitor brands sewing machines which are equipped with auto trimmers, lock stitch, button stitch, chain stitch, and auto buttonhole machines to ensure perfection. |
