| Job Responsibilities |
| * Job Purpose: To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online/Offline over phone to the new and existing customers and maintaining relationships effectively. * Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned. * Selling Membership over the phone and meet assigned revenue target given by the organization. * Explaining the Service detail’s and how to use the packages. * Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages. * Providing the right customer experience. * Assist customers in matchmaking services using our specialized computer systems. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Maintain and update client profiles and databases with accuracy and attention to detail. * Proactively approach potential clients to explain our services and build long-term relationships. * Coordinate with team members to provide seamless matchmaking and customer support. * Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism. * Employment Status: Full Time (6 days a week). * Working Hours: 10am - 6pm |
