| Job Responsibilities |
| * Daily Financial Transactions: * Record all income and expenses. * Manage daily cash flow and reconcile receipts. * Invoicing & Billing: * Prepare and send invoices to vendors or partners. Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding bills. * Payroll Management: Process salaries, wages, and overtime for restaurant staff. Handle tax deductions and statutory contributions. * Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).Assist in budgeting and forecasting. * Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with internal records.Monitor bank deposits and withdrawals. * Tax Compliance: Prepare and file VAT/GST returns. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations. * Supplier Management: Identify reliable vendors for food, beverages, and kitchen supplies. Negotiate pricing and maintain good vendor relationships. * Inventory Control :Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed. Avoid overstocking or shortages, especially of perishables. * Order Processing: Issue purchase orders and track deliveries. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. * Quality Assurance: Verify the quality and freshness of delivered goods. Reject or return substandard supplies. * Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends to get the best pricing. Work closely with chefs and management to control food cost. * Documentation & Records: Maintain purchase records and receipts. Prepare procurement reports for management. |
