Join us to find the way. * Job Purpose: Empowering Youth in Bangladesh for Global Opportunities project, implemented by the BRAC Institute of Skills Development (BISD), aims to equip Bangladeshi youth with the skills and certifications needed to participate in Japan’s Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Program as caregivers. Over 36 months, the project will provide comprehensive training to prepare participants for employment in Japan’s caregiving sector, addressing labor shortages while enhancing global job opportunities for Bangladeshi youth. This initiative supports economic development, workforce mobility, and better livelihoods for young individuals from Bangladesh. * Key responsibilities: * Ensure final selection and enrollment of learners by coordinating screening processes and confirming eligibility for BRAC Institute of Skills Development. * Monitor promotional and marketing activities by overseeing field-level efforts to support and reinforce the learner enrollment process. * Ensure the collection of admission fees by verifying payments and following up on outstanding dues before certification. * Monitor learner attendance consistently by identifying absenteeism early, addressing concerns, and supporting retention until graduation. * Supervise day-to-day activities of Marketing Associates by providing regular guidance and monitoring performance at the field level. * Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports by compiling relevant data and insights based on project requirements. * Safeguarding Responsibility: * Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation, and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. * Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. * Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so. * BRAC believes that everyone we work with including our staff, programme participants, partners, and the communities have the right to be protected from all forms of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA).
