Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Plan, prepare, develop and implement business for online platform(s): Onboard potential business clients / merchants (Corporate, Dealers, SMEs, individuals). * Maintain strong relationships with clients and retain existing customers. * Develop strategic partnership / alliance with key clients. * Promote and sale products and membership packages to customers. * Meet sales targets. * Carry out field visits. * Act as a leader and guide team members to achieve business targets. * Act as a point of contact for client support, training, and guidance on business services. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales. * Monitor market trends and customer feedback. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and field activity. |

Additional Requirements |
Minimum 8-10 years experience in sales and business development in FMGC. Must have minimum 02-03 years proven working experiences in online marketplace/ e-commerce. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Bachelor’s / Master degree in any discipline but has to be good in sales and marketing. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel within the country. |
