| Job Responsibilities |
| * Responsibilities & Context: * Best Tex International Ltd. is a rapidly growing indenting and trading firm based in Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Now we are looking a Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager for Store & Inventory, and he is responsible for managing the Warehouse management & ensuring efficient Inventory of goods, also properly report to Management. * Responsibilities: * Uttara Based (only). * Define a strategic inventory planning & action plan on yearly/monthly/daily basis. The objectives in terms of savings cost and stock optimization, warehouse management and main issues in terms of business integration. * Taking custodianship of company's overall product stock/inventory. * Planning, directing & monitoring the operations of all warehouses and ensure full professional store management system. * Ensuring materials on time storage, proper inventory, inspection and reporting to the management for smooth decision as per business plan. * Follow up daily activities in ERP system and prepare report and send to the management for acknowledgement. * Oversee the safe receipt, storage, inventory, retrieval and materials timely in-house as per plan. * Creating & implementing supply chain strategy, policies, SOP for smooth operation. * Monitoring, supervising and evaluating employees under Supply Chain. * Ensuring smooth delivery/distribution of company's all products in all over Bangladesh. * Store and inventory SOP implementation for smooth operation of the company. * Conduct training for supply chain employees to improve their skill and capability. * Maintain regular communications with all the department Heads for smooth operation. |

| Age at least 30 years Fresher’s are discourage to apply. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution, Store/ Inventory & Warehouse Management. Proficient in Tally. Able to handle multitasking activities. Should be energetic, proactive, dynamic and hard working. Should be familiar with Warehouse Management. Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility. |
