| Job Responsibilities |
| * 1. Financial Strategy & Planning * Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives. * Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team for decision-making. * Oversee long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. * 2. Accounting & Financial Reporting * Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS or relevant bench mark. * Ensure the integrity of financial reporting and maintain robust internal controls. * Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes. * 3. Cost Management & Optimization * Analyze and control operational costs, focusing on raw material procurement, production, and distribution expenses. * Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality. * 4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management * Oversee cash flow planning and management to ensure liquidity and business continuity. * Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding and optimize interest costs. * 5. Risk Management * Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including market volatility and credit risks. * Develop and monitor insurance coverage for company assets and operations. * 6. Team Leadership & Development * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounts team. * Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the department. * 7. Business Support & Collaboration * Partner with production, procurement, and sales teams to optimize the company’s profitability. * Support decision-making with detailed financial analyses on pricing, investments, and market trends. |
