| Job Responsibilities |
| * Preparation and presentation of comprehensive costing MIS reports to support management decision-making. * Prepare and analyze departmental performance reports and highlight areas for improvements * Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly cost/profit center based financial reports * Taking measures to find bottleneck in the process to lay before Core Accounts, Business and Concern Authority. * Lead cost control initiatives across the organization, identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising on quality or efficiency. * Development of Monthly Product/Service wise Sales vs. Cost vs. Benefit analysis Report. * Develop service performance reports based on each cost object, providing insights into cost efficiency and areas for improvement. * Maintain relations with external/Internal auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations and comply accordingly. * Define and implement policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organization goals. * Develop variance reports on product costing and perform contribution margin (CM) analysis to assess profitability. * Provide critical assessments of all budgets and cost projections, proactively analyze budget variances, and communicate issues and opportunities to management. * Provide cost data to support pricing decisions, ensuring that product/service pricing is competitive while maintaining profitability margins. * Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust costing strategies as needed. * Input in the development of hospital ERP * Have up to date knowledge of VAT, personal and corporate tax * Any other task assigned by the Head of the department. |

| Age at least 30 years In‐depth Knowledge and familiarity with modern financial management & management accounting, financial policies, costing, budgeting, Tax/VAT rules etc. Strong leadership, people centric and people management skill. Effective analysis and reporting skill. Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English. Expertise in MS Excel and analytical ability. |
