| Job Responsibilities |
| * Generate of new customers and opening up of new territories within the regions. * Promote Aquatic Feed and achieve sales targets every time as estimated. * Manage and develop dealers in respective areas. * Provide technical services to customers regarding. * Culture and take initiatives to provide training on farm management. * Analyze present market and create new market sales. * Visit different Fish Farms frequently to promote and generate sales. * Any other tasks as assigned by management. * Analyze development & implement sales goals & plans. * Attend training programs and education workshops to ensure customer satisfaction. * Make sales decision considering the seasonal & economical condition of the customer. |
