| Job Responsibilities |
| * Facing structure audit i.e RSC, NIRAPON and similar types of audits. * Submit monthly repost of NIRAPON. * Conduct visual and documentary review of Building Plans & Existing conditions. * Identify & document structure deficiencies (e.g. Cracks, settlement etc). * Verity compliance with BNBC or relevant international standards. * Propose detailed structure remediation plans(CAPs) & oversee their implementation. |

| Must have experience in facing audits conducted by RSC (Ready-Made Garments Sustainability Council) and Nirapon, with sound knowledge of BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code) and relevant international standards. |
