| Job Responsibilities |
| * Plan and manage production based on approved budgets and design requirements. * Calculate producer capacity and lead time according to the production plan. * Coordinate with designers and raw store teams to utilize available stock and finalize fabric selection. * Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A) plans and ensure on-time execution. * Ensure layout and sample handover in coordination with the design team. * Prepare layout/sample status reports including receipt, balance, and on-time status. * Place fabric and material orders in collaboration with procurement and suppliers. * Prepare and verify BOM (Bill of Materials) based on approved layouts and samples. * Check fabric and raw material stock; arrange alternative sourcing when required. * Ensure proper documentation and accuracy in layout/sample tech packs. * Organize and conduct PP meetings, highlight any changes in PP vs. sample. * Confirm labeling, trims, fabric shrinkage, stitching threads, and quality parameters. * Handover production tech packs, fabric, trims, and work orders to producers. * Monitor QC during production and resolve any quality or process-related issues. * Coordinate with finance team for producer billing based on QC reports. * Ensure timely delivery of final goods to the Finished Goods (FG) store. * Regularly update production files and maintain strong communication with all departments. * Conduct regular visits to producer factories and follow up on production progress. |
