Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and maintain high morale. Ability to analyze dialer data and pivot strategies to consistently meet targets. Hands-on, results-driven, organized leader who leads by example. Comfortable working exclusively from the office and managing a physical team of 15-20 agents. Experience in leading a team in an International call center is a must |
