Job Responsibilities |
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements. * Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for management, investors, and regulatory bodies. * Assist in the preparation of board presentations and financial disclosures. * Maintain financial records and ensure reconciliation of all accounts. * Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts. * Analyze budget variances and provide insights to management. * Monitor expenses and suggest cost-control measures. * Coordinate with external and internal auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes. * Assist in tax return preparation and compliance with tax regulations. * Provide necessary documentation and reports for tax filings and audits. * Develop and enhance financial reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy. * Conduct financial analysis and identify areas for business improvement. * Support automation of financial reporting and implementation of ERP solutions. |
