| Job Responsibilities |
| * ** WORKS & RESPONSIBILITIES * To record & posting realization sheet in accounting software. * Checking & posting of bank payment, receipt and journal voucher through accounting software. * Scrutinization & recording of Proforma Invoice and perform relevant activities for opening L/C in Bank. * To ensure that the Import documents have been approved & maintain the import documentation procedure. * Regularly Checking & posting LC number & LC date in calculation sheet & import daily after receiving from bank. * Regularly posting BTB Payment & maturity date & due date in consignment & Import daily after receiving maturity & Payment copy from bank. * To work on bank statement for update monthly BTB payment. * Need to write clause amendment letter for BTB LC if any changes from buyer side. * Reconciliation of Bank Statement. * To manage and build relationships with clients and maintain communication with them regarding various business issues. * To perform any other works related to Accounts & Finance governed by the department and management. |

Willing to travel as required. ** EXPERIENCE Must have 2 years experience on relevant field in Garments Industry. Must have knowledge and hands-on experience on Tally ERP. |
