We are currently looking for a Costing & Billing Manager to strengthen our financial and project execution team. * Key Responsibilities * As our Costing & Billing Manager, your core duties will include: * Project Cost Estimation & Budgeting: * Prepare accurate cost estimates and assess the financial feasibility of projects. * Billing & Invoice Management: * Oversee timely billing, invoicing, and collection from clients. * Procurement & Cost Control: * Monitor project expenses and suggest cost-saving procurement strategies. * Vendor & Supplier Management: * Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. * Financial Reporting & Analysis: * Track project costs, manage financial documentation, and prepare detailed reports. * Compliance & Documentation: * Ensure accurate recordkeeping and adherence to internal financial policies. |

| Additional Requirements |
| 3–5 years of experience in costing, estimation, or billing—preferably within the interior design or fit-out sector. Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Highly organized and able to maintain confidentiality in handling financial data. |
