Job Responsibilities |
* We are seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to oversee and optimize our suite of G&A systems, including Zuora, ERP (NetSuite or Sage Intacct), and other critical finance and operations platforms. This role will serve as the systems owner across all enterprise financial systems - ensuring cross-platform alignment, efficient workflows, data integrity and a strong foundation for scale. You'll play a key role in training internal teams, driving automation, adoption of AI, and supporting a forthcoming ERP implementation. * Systems Administration & Optimization * Act as the primary system administrator for Zuora, ERP (NetSuite, Sage Intacct or similar), and other finance related applications (e.g., Salesforce integrations, Avalara, payment gateways). * Own configuration, permission management, integrations, and workflow automation across all enterprise financial systems. * Lead system-level enhancements to support efficient billing, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and compliance processes. * ERP Implementation & Support * Serve as core team member in the ERP RFP and implementation process, with future responsibility for ongoing administration and support. Ensure that the team is aligned on the asks and that we understand what we are getting and the trade-offs. * Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Rev Ops and Data to ensure smooth adoption, data integrity, and system alignment post-go-live. * Internal Enablement & Documentation * Train and support internal teams - especially Billing, Onboarding, and Accounting - in the effective use of Zuora, the ERP and other finance related systems. * Build and maintain internal documentation, user guides, and workflow playbooks for cross-functional consistency. * Operational & Financial Process Support * Support core quote-to-cash and record-to-report workflows. * Ensure accurate data flows between platforms (e.g. Zuora ERP ↔ Salesforce). * Assist with month-end close activities by delivering system-level insights and reconciliation support. |

Additional Requirements |
5+ years of experience administering Zuora Billing and/or ERP systems (NetSuite or Sage Intacct). Direct experience with ERP implementation, including design, testing, and change management. Familiarity with Salesforce, especially as it relates to billing and subscription management. Experience with integrations across billing, finance, and CRM systems (native, middleware, or API-driven). Solid understanding of financial processes: quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and revenue recognition. Excellent documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams and drive system adoption. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment. |
