| * Job Responsibilities * Sales will be target oriented * Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies. * Prepare proposal/Deed of Agreement for Corporate Clients. * Communicate & establish relationship with the prospective clients. * Closing the Sales deal Capacity * Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information. * Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis. * Create market and achieve monthly sales target must. * Prepare daily and monthly report as required by management. * Make a list of Target Clients/Companies. * Monitoring competitor activity. |

| Age 28 to 35 years Must be minimum 5 years practical experience of the Real Estate Sector. ( Apt Sales Only) The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite manner & attractive personality. Dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical and mental health. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Bengali. The Applicants should have experience in dealing with Sales activities, client`s satisfaction etc. Should be able to work under pressure in a Team environment and must possess to lead a Team and achieve the Target. |
