| * Lead R&D initiatives focused on product design, performance optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement for home appliance products. * Develop and trial new materials, components, manufacturing techniques, and technologies to improve product durability, efficiency, and user satisfaction. * Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, design, and sourcing teams to integrate new innovations into mass production seamlessly. * Conduct thorough root cause analysis of product defects or failures and implement long-term corrective solutions through structured R&D. * Maintain comprehensive documentation of all product trials, lab test results, technical validations, and process improvements. * Stay current with global trends, innovative technologies, and compliance standards relevant to electronics, home appliances, and sustainability. * Mentor and train R&D engineers and technical staff, fostering a high-performance innovation culture and technical excellence across the team. |
