| Job Responsibilities |
| * Maintain day-to-day business expenses, purchase, sales, account receivables, bank/cash and financial entries. * Strong grip in accounting & management software; ability to advise on system development/improvement. * Monitor and follow up on customer dues and ensure proper communication with relevant sales team & clients. * Handle supplier payments, petty cash, and bank transactions; perform account reconciliations. * Approve orders as per company policy and report irregularities to management. * Conduct monthly inventory checks to match warehouse stock with inventory. * Supervise the Executive – Accounts or supporting colleagues, ensuring work complies with company’s financial policies. * Support management with financial reporting, due analysis, and operational suggestions. |

| Additional Requirements |
| Age At least 30 years 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting (preferably in lubricant/trading or similar fast-paced goods industry). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting & management software. Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and take initiative in resolving issues. Responsible, honest, and capable of handling sensitive financial matters. |
