| Job Responsibilities |
| * Assist in the supervision of on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, and safety regulations. * Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents. * Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and review cost estimates. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works. * Prepare the monthly materials requirement status and co-ordinate with the Contractor to ensure on time delivery of necessary materials. * Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise on site. * Monitor & ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials. * Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. * Any others task assigned by management. |
