| * We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Controller & Sampling Expert, preferably with a strong background in knit garments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product quality, ensuring compliance with buyer requirements, and managing sample development from proto to final approval. Prior experience in a buying house or multinational company is highly preferred. * Key Responsibilities: * Ensure all sampling and production processes meet the required quality standards and buyer specifications. * Monitor and control quality at all stages – from fabric inspection to final inspection. * Coordinate with factories to ensure timely development and delivery of samples. * Analyze and resolve quality issues proactively and provide technical guidance to production teams. * Maintain accurate records of sample approvals, testing, and inspections.Liaise with merchandising and sourcing teams for smooth execution of orders.Conduct risk assessments and quality audits as per company or buyer protocol. |
