| Job Responsibilities |
| * @ Preferred Expereince- Prior working experience in any renowned multinational apparel buying house or liaison office will be considered an added advantage. * Independently manage and communicate with international buyers/customers. * Coordinate sample development, pricing, order placement, and follow-up.Monitor production closely to ensure quality and delivery timelines. * Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams effectively.Provide accurate order status updates and resolve buyer concerns promptly. * Maintain strong knowledge of knit fabrics, trims, and garment construction. * Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide update. * Well versed in monitoring the production & Sales follow-up and costing, strong knowledge about fabric sourcing, printing and embroidery workshop must be self-organized quality and customer’s placement. * Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility. * Attend buyers meeting, negotiate, secure and execute with the reporting managerCustomer corresponds day to day with respective mannerPrice negotiates with factory effectively to hit customer target. * All required submission as per Buyer’s demand including Gold, Black, Sample Fabrics, Trim Booking, etc. * Coordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers is updating order status to buyer. * Coordinate with planning manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the line |
