| Job Responsibilities |
| * Perform advanced quality inspections of denim garments after washing. * Evaluate wash effects (whiskers, enzyme, tinting, spray, PP) to ensure alignment with buyer-approved samples * Supervise visual and tactile quality of finishing: ironing, pressing, folding, and packaging. * Check for stains, shade variation, puckering, and garment defects post-wash. * Cross-check finished garments with buyer's measurement charts. * Maintain defect classification logs (critical/major/minor) and generate RCA reports. * Support preventive action planning to reduce defect recurrence. * Ensure all finishing activities comply with buyer-specific quality manuals and SOPs. * Assist in buyer audits and third-party inspections. * Collaborate with production, washing, and QA teams to maintain high quality standards. |
