| Job Responsibilities |
| * Must be experienced in AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspection systems. * Capable of managing and guiding the technical team effectively. * Ensure compliance with buyers` Code of Conduct (COC). * Develop and implement corrective action plans for continuous improvement and permanent solutions. * Monitor and analyze quality findings in production, including stitching and rework issues. * Present findings through statistical interpretation to relevant section heads. * Support departments in minimizing reworks and reducing defect rates. * Implement controls to prevent interdepartmental rework. * Perform in-line, pre-shipment, and final inspections to ensure product quality at all stages. * Provide technical support to the production team when required to ensure quality standards are maintained. * Responsible for all technical efforts from product development through to final production. * Independently manage buyers with regard to all quality assurance matters. * Make necessary adjustments to measurement charts and garment patterns to meet quality standards.· * Advise and assist the QC team and factory personnel in solving technical and production issues.· * Must have experience in conducting and evaluating maintenance inspections.· * Train unskilled workers to enhance overall quality and efficiency. * Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management. * Foreign nationals are encouraged to apply. |
