| * Position Summary: * We are looking for a seasoned and result-oriented Assistant General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead the local B2B sales of woven fabrics for our textile mill. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, a proven track record in fabric sales, and the ability to manage the full cycle from order acquisition to delivery and payment collection. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of woven production processes and have a well-established network within the local textile market. * Key Responsibilities: * Sales & Business Development: Drive B2B sales in the local market, particularly in woven dyeing, printing, and finishing segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontract clients and buyers. * Client Engagement & Negotiation: Manage price negotiations, yarn consumption, and technical specifications with clients to secure orders under favorable terms. * Order Execution & Production Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth material intake, production scheduling, and timely order fulfillment aligned with monthly sales targets. * Supply Chain & Delivery Oversight: Liaise with logistics and production units to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods. * Billing & Collection Management: Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on payments. Monitor credit limits and outstanding balances in coordination with the Accounts team. * Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain up-to-date client and order records. Prepare weekly performance reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management. * Target Achievement: Work under defined sales targets and contribute to business profitability. Eligible for performance-based incentives tied to results. |
