| Job Responsibilities |
| * Responsible to ensure garment workmanship, quality, measurement, materials and correct fitting as tech pack. Responsible to ensure all the buyer comments implemented on current sample. * Responsible to understand technical file and/or buyer comments and explain them to sample maker. * Work closely with buying house QC team for inspection scheduling. * Ensure inspection is complying to Buyer inspection standard. * Should have accuracy of inspection judgment. * Follow up buyer quality requirement in cutting, sewing, and finishing of Sweater garments. * Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality Especially check all quality points in sewing and finishing of Sweater garments. * Ensure end product quality before the buyer final quality inspection of Sweater. * Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems. * Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production. * Any other responsibilities assigned by the management. |
