| * Your main responsibilities will include: * Planning and executing merchandising strategies to optimize product assortments and maximize sales and profitability * Analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to make informed decisions on product selection, pricing, and inventory management * Developing and managing merchandising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive sales and meet financial targets * Conducting regular store visits and market research to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and address any potential issues * Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to maintain optimal inventory levels * Overseeing product presentation and visual merchandising to create compelling and attractive displays that enhance the overall shopping experience * Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the market and identify new opportunities for growth * Developing and implementing promotional strategies and campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase footfall * Providing guidance and direction to the merchandising team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives |
