| Job Responsibilities |
| * The territory-level officer performs sales, collection, and promotional activities according to company-prescribed policies and procedures. * Achieve 100% sales budget of the responsible territory. * Ensure the collection of 100% customer due of the territory. * Appoint customer as per company policy· Prepare customer category based on the business prospect. * Efficiently handle field problems and maintain a good rapport with customers and end users. * Execute all field promotional activities effectively and successfully i.e. farmer's meeting, retailer meeting, DAE meeting, etc. * Daily, weekly, and monthly basis sales, collection, and credit reports to supervisor. * Supervise Temporary Force (TF) efficiently, if applicable. |
