| Job Responsibilities |
| * Oversee day-to-day security operations of the factory premises including entry/exit points, perimeters, warehouses, and production floors. * Develop and enforce security policies, SOPs, and emergency response procedures. * Monitor all security systems including CCTV, access control. * Ensure proper deployment of security personnel across all shifts. * Implement effective access control for staff, visitors, vehicles, and vendors. * Maintain logbooks and digital records of entries and exits. * Investigate and report security breaches, thefts, or any suspicious incidents. * Collaborate with local law enforcement or intelligence agencies when required. * Ensure proper security of raw materials, finished goods, and critical assets. * Ensure security practices comply with local labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and industry standards (e.g., Accord, Alliance, and WRAP) * Support internal and third-party audits related to security and compliance. |
