| Job Responsibilities |
| * Directly Working with Buyers on all Product Developments, Costing, Order Negotiations and Placements. * Supervise, Coordinate and Lead a Merchandising team independently and should have vast knowledge on Woven Garments on Top/Bottom/Jacket. * Work closely with the Design and Development Team to involve in bring Innovations and Sustainable Products to table. * Manage Client-Accounts from Order inquiry to Shipment, Inventory & Supply-Chain Planning. * Co-ordinates with Production Team to Deliver on time Shipment & ensure that Merchandisers are updating of Order status to Buyers. * Design Packs/Development sample process for relevant seasons/ phases. * Sourcing of Fabrics/Trims & Follow-up of Innovation Development. * Price Negotiation and Cost Finalization with Customers and necessary coordination. * Capacity Allocations and Production Follow-up. * Shipment Process & Communications amongst Customers. * Any other Responsibilities assigned by The Management. |
