| * Job Context: * We are one of the leading conglomerates in the garments industry of Bangladesh, is looking for "Asst. Manager/Manager - CAD" for our Woven factory (Shirt). The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality result. * Job Responsibilities: * Capable of making accurate consumption for the base on a tech pack and providing bulk fabric, booking consumption. * Have to operate Pattern-making and Marker Making in CAD (By Lectra software) & other software. * Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency. * Support and advice within the team to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and achieve maximum fabric use. * Responsible for verifying & checking Shrinkage/Pattern Grouping, Pattern Corrections/ Balancing/ Adjustment according to the Fit Model. * To find out and solve the fitting issues during the initial pattern after getting requirements from the merchandising dept. * Managing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room and guiding subordinates to resolve any technical issue. * Reduce cost by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making a hundred percent accurate markers. * Should be capable enough to understand buyer comments, sample preplan, cutting preplan, dummy fitting, sewing instruction and perform any other task &when assigned by top management |
