| * Sales Management: * Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them. * Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure goals are met. * Assist team members in closing deals and negotiating contracts. * Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends. * Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. * Resolve client issues and provide guidance to the team on handling objections. * Team Leadership & Development: * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents. * Provide training and coaching to improve team performance. * Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. * Operational Duties: * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions. * Prepare reports on team performance and market conditions. * Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all transactions. |
