To support our market expansion, we are looking for a self-driven and passionate Assistant Manager/Manager – Corporate Sales to join our growing team. * Job Responsibilities: * Identify and engage potential corporate clients (residential buildings, commercial spaces, real estate companies, etc.). * Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. * Conduct meetings, presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations. * Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and integrity. * Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads. * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely installation and after-sales service. * Submit sales reports and performance updates to senior management. * Preferred Background: * Candidates with a medical sales background are highly encouraged to apply. * Compensation & Other Benefits: * Attractive Salary (Negotiable based on experience) * Transportation Allowance, Mobile Bill * Performance Bonus, KPI-Based Yearly Increment * Partially Subsidized Lunch * Two Festival Bonuses * Regular Training & Career Development |

Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales. Preferred industries: Medical / pharmaceutical sales Water purifier / mineral water Building materials Real estate Skills Required: B2B Corporate Sales Client Relationship Management Proposal & Pitch Presentation Negotiation & Closing Skills Strategic Planning The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Water purifier/mineral water or same nature of product. Real estate or building material related marketing personal also encouraged to apply. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in: Water purifier/mineral water industry Real estate or building material sector Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
