| * Adex is looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced individual to join our Sales Team as Deputy/Assistant Manager- Sales, focusing on the sales of Transformers, Switchgears, and Busbar Trunking Systems in both the Utility and Industrial sectors. We strongly encourage applications from candidates who:· * Have a proven track record in technical sales. * Possess strong connections with private utility sectors such as PWD, MES, WASA, City Corporations and Industrial/Commercial Construction & EPC firms. * Have in-depth market knowledge and a strong client network in the Chattogram Division. * Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Adex’s range of products and services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions. * Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends to drive sustainable sales growth. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth rollout of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. * Provide timely technical support and advice to clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.· Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders. * Stay organized and focused in a fast-paced work environment, adapting to shifting priorities as needed. * Use relevant tools and software proficiently for reporting and communication. |
