LTD., a luxury resort (De Oro Luxury Villa), and now a fashion-forward Pakistani dress brand(House of Flora) aimed at modern Bangladeshi women * About the House of Flora: * We’re launching a premium fashion brand in Bangladesh, specializing in original Pakistani and Indian dresses — both online and through physical showrooms. * Our vision is to become a trusted destination for stylish, modern women in Bangladesh — not just for clothing, but for a complete fashion experience. Over time, our collection will expand to include curated shoes, premium bags, jewelry, and accessories that match our brand's elegance and quality. We’re building more than a clothing label — we’re creating a full lifestyle fashion house. * About the Role: * We’re looking for a Brand Manager or Brand Architect to help us build this brand from scratch. We are looking for a visionary doer, not just a manager — someone who can help build the business and brand from the ground up. * This isn’t a desk job. It’s a chance to build a fashion brand that becomes a household name — from supplier network to pricing to brand image. * Key Responsibilities: * Launch & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive business, operational, and marketing plans for a successful launch and sustained growth. * Sourcing & Supply Chain: Establish and manage relationships with Pakistani,Indian designers/suppliers; oversee import, logistics, and inventory. * Retail & Ecommerce: Set up and manage all store operations and our full e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experience. * Customer Experience: Set up and oversee customer service channels (calls, WhatsApp, FB). * Sales Strategy: Drive growth through smart pricing, offers, and campaign timing (Eid, Boishakh). * Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team. * Financial Performance: Drive sales, manage budgets, and achieve profitability targets. * Market Insight: Monitor trends, competitors, and customer preferences to ensure market relevance. * Be part of something iconic. Build the next big fashion name. |

Additional Requirements |
Minimum 5 years experience in fashion retail, online brand, or Store Management. Strong expertise in Pakistani and Indian fashion and the Bangladeshi retail market is essential. Deep understanding and direct experience within prominent Bangladeshi Women fashion houses specializing in ethnic wear is highly desirable. Proven track record in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and driving sales. Passion for fashion and branding is a must. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proactive, adaptable, and a true self-starter. Interview Will Cover: Product sourcing experience (local & cross-border) E-commerce tools & order tracking knowledge Marketing & influencer collaboration experience Staff management & customer handling skills Seasonal collection planning (Eid, Boishakh, weddings) Strategic planning & monthly reporting confidence |
