| Job Responsibilities |
| * Strong Relation with affiliated modern trade. * Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) with major retail chains to drive mutual growth * Lead commercial negotiations (margins, slots, listings, contracts) with retail partners * Execute modern trade promotions and monitor in-store visibility compliance * Ensure timely stock replenishment by coordinating with Supply Chain and Distributors * Manage ROI-driven campaigns and measure trade spend effectiveness * Lead new SKU launches and ensure 100% store listing within 30 days * Track chain-wise sales performance, returns, and planogram compliance * Resolve operational challenges with buyers and retail stakeholders * Maintain accurate, real-time dashboards and monthly performance reports * Work cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Sales Planning, and Category Teams |

| Age 30 to 48 years Experience in FMCG, Modern Trade, Key Account Management, or Retail Chain Operations Strong command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) Proficient in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, DMS, Power BI) Tech-savvy with excellent data interpretation skills Experience in promotional planning, planograms, JBP execution, and modern trade negotiations |
