Job Responsibilities |
* Manage wholesale key accounts and execute channel expansion strategies * Strong relation with wholesale Big & medium wholesale * Develop Wholesale Operation SOP * Develop Credit Policy Modality * Achieve monthly volume targets and maximize numeric & weighted distribution * Drive trade term negotiations, scheme rollouts, and trade engagement programs * Ensure sales forecasting accuracy and improve demand fulfillment * Monitor market performance, competitor activity, and wholesale pricing * Work closely with logistics & planning to reduce stockouts and increase fill rates * Track credit recovery, trade claims, and financial hygiene across accounts * Conduct field visits to assess branding, merchandising, and execution quality * Build field force capability through hands-on coaching and structured engagement |

Additional Requirements |
Age 30 to 48 years Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) Familiarity with CRM, SAP, DMS, or sales dashboard tools Proven ability to manage trade partners and resolve field-level challenges Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Willingness to travel frequently to wholesale hubs across the country |
