Job Responsibilities |
* Lead execution of wholesale growth strategy, ensuring channel coverage, sales, and partner performance * Manage wholesale accounts to achieve volume targets, ROI, and operational excellence * Plan and execute trade schemes with high ROI and responsiveness to market dynamics * Coordinate with supply chain to ensure demand forecasting and product availability * Enforce visibility and brand execution through POSM deployment and audit checks * Control credit exposure, reconcile claims, and maintain financial discipline across accounts * Conduct regular performance audits, generate insights, and deploy corrective actions * Monitor competitor activity and adapt tactical pricing and placement strategies * Train field teams, plan market beats, and elevate wholesale engagement standards * Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for end-to-end execution * Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and recommend action plans |

Age 30 to 48 years Experience in FMCG wholesale/channel operations or key account management preferred Must be tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Strong command over ERP/CRM tools (SAP/DMS preferred) Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skillsWillingness to travel extensively for trade coverage and execution |
