| * Develop and execute HORECA channel strategies to deliver growth in volume and revenue * Acquire new institutional clients and build strong key account relationships * Negotiate pricing, trade terms, and activation plans with HORECA partners * Ensure distribution, product availability, and visibility in target outlets * Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of programs * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and channel feedback to adjust strategies * Conduct field visits, track performance via CRM, and prepare business reports * Lead product trials, culinary demos, and training for chefs and procurement teams |
