Job Context
Job Responsibilities
* Identify and target potential clients in various industries for ERP software solutions.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition.

* Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations.

* Collaborate closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to tailor solutions.

* Negotiate and close high-value sales deals with clients.

* Maintain CRM records and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance.

* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 35 years Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the product, including its features, functionalities, and applications. Familiarity with the industry in which the technical product operates, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment. Demonstrated success in business development roles, specifically within the technology sector. Experience in product management or technical sales roles can be highly beneficial. Strong sales skills with a focus on technical products, including lead generation, sales pitch development, and closing deals. Proficiency in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.· Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Effective presentation skills to pitch products and solutions to potential clients and stakeholders. Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed business decisions and Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in business development initiatives. Experience in managing budgets for business development activities.· Understanding of compliance requirements related to the technical product and industry regulations. Established network within the industry to facilitate partnerships and business opportunities.
