| Job Responsibilities |
| * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory control, sales performance, and overall customer service. * Take active part in direct sales, engaging with customers to understand their needs, promote products, and drive conversions. * Train, supervise, and motivate shop staff to achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience. * Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and visually appealing to maintain a welcoming and professional environment. * Monitor and analyze daily sales and inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and recommend improvement strategies. * Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. * Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute in-store promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal sales activities. * Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as needed to support business operations. |
