| Job Responsibilities |
| * Selling Corporate Sales goals and developing corporate sales strategies. * Selling all residential & commercial product of Biophilic Builders Ltd and Biophilic Brokerage. * Promote real estate projects and services to potential customers. * Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.· * Visit project sites with clients and ensure client satisfaction. * Achieve individual monthly sales targets. * Provide regular reports and updates to top management. * Organize marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events. * Follow up with clients regularly to build strong relationships. * Visit different organizations to create new customer leads. * Maintain client records and documentation. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of marketing activities. * Update CRM regularly. * Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to supervision regular basis. |

| Age 25 to 35 years Internet & Mailing browsing expertise· Must have sales knowledge· Must have target fill up mentality· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills required· Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms. Basic content writing and visual storytelling skills. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Passion for design, trends, and consumer engagement |
