| * Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join our team. This role involves student admissions, supporting applicants throughout the enrolment process, and ensuring compliance. * Key Responsibilities: * Process domestic and international student applications in a timely and accurate manner. * Respond to inquiries from prospective students, agents, and internal departments via phone, email, and live chat. * Assist students with the completion of admission requirements, including documentation and eligibility checks. * Maintain accurate records in the student management system (SMS). * Follow up with applicants to ensure timely submission of missing documents or payments. * Follow clear instructions and standard operating procedures to complete tasks. * Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly admissions goals. * Stay open to feedback and apply learning to improve performance. |

| Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel. A reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection. Preferred but Not Essential: Previous experience working in an educational consultancy or with student applications. |
