Job Responsibilities |
* Administrative & Office Management * Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relations. * Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal events. * Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence; maintain company records and databases. * Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and ensure a clean work environment. * Business Development * Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities. * Identify, qualify, and secure business leads through outreach and networking. * Maintain and update CRM or sales databases with client interactions and pipeline data. * Prepare and present tailored proposals, pitches, and sales collateral. * Negotiate contracts and close deals; collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery. * Track business development performance metrics, prepare reports, and forecast sales. * Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking forums. |
