| Job Responsibilities |
| * New Business Development and Sourcing. * Lead and manage the merchandising team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance. * Communication with buyers, factory people, other related departments/sections of the company. * Able to perform products costing product and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices. * Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and profitability. * Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop products that meet market demands and align with brand identity. * Follow the process & procedures of buyers. * Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer. * Monitoring the status of approval/ per-production/delivery. * Advice factory / production / quality team on fabric, production, quality etc related technical issues as efficient/experienced troubleshooter. * Proper execution of orders according to the planned 'Time and Action Plan' on a regular basis to ensure shipment of the right quality and quantity on time. * Frequent travel experience and ability to work directly with retailers or importers. * Strong Supply Chain for Sourcing. |

| Able to bring the business & to achieve the target (Duration Time: 03 Months to bring the business, starting 02-03 million USD)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capable to grow up with new business. Should be able to work on your own initiative under pressure with a set target. Experienced to handle European and USA retails business. Long time Committed. Should be fluent in both spoken and written communications in English. Strong relationship with customer & sourcing. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Flexibility to travel as required. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Apparel merchandising, Fabric Costing, Garment Marketing. The applicants should have experience in Buying House or Sourcing Organization. |
